You are RCapital's local presence in your country. Advise international clients on Russian acquisitions, source investors and assets, and represent the firm locally — supported by our Moscow and Hong Kong teams.
Responsibilities
- Advise international clients on acquisitions of operating businesses and real estate in Russia.
- Source and qualify investors, partners, and assets in your region.
- Represent RCapital locally: build relationships with HNW clients, family offices, brokers, and advisors.
- Drive deals from introduction to closing, with back-office support from Moscow and Hong Kong.
Requirements
- Solid grasp of business-performance metrics and financial-statement analysis.
- Ability to build financial models, calculate break-even, and run unit-economics.
- Comfortable estimating ROI and return-based investment decisions.
- Background in M&A, corporate finance, real estate, or investment banking is a strong plus.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
